Returns & Refunds Policy

At Roam Prepare, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our returns and refunds policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Items missing original packaging or components
  • Products purchased on clearance or special promotions (if applicable)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order details and reason for return
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
  4. If approved, you will receive return instructions

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another agreed method
  • You will be notified once your refund has been completed

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos of the issue for verification
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
